Cold Fusion and Quark Reconfiguration: Exotic Elements (Condensed Version)

This book is the second more condensed book concerning Cold Fusion Experiments and how my theory explain that they are not producing fusion but new elements through a process that is exchanging and modifying quarks inside of individual protons. This expanded version of the first book explains this process may also be happening in Protons also and give testable predictions on the creation of these new exotic elements and their isotopes. This book is a book of predictions on how these elements are formed and their relationship to dark matter. This is an expansion on my earlier work on Mercer Substrate and Warren / Anti-Warren Forces and dimensional overlap as a basis of all matter and energy states in the universe. I have expanded and explained my theories in this more condensed version of the first copy that I have written on this matter. My only hopes are not necessarily that I am right, but that I can help lead another researcher in a new and positive direction by sparking ideas that leads to future innovations.
