For added safety, each coil is equipped with a sensor that will automatically cycle the element off if it reaches dangerous flashpoint temperatures. Heating will resume automatically. All cooking controls are located upfront on push-to-turn knobs for safe and easy use. Indicator lights illuminate when the oven is in use. </p><p>The PROEL20SS features a large oven window with an interior light to make it easy for users to monitor their cooking. Inside the PROEL20SS features a large 2.3 cu. ft. oven made from durable porcelain, with two adjustable racks.
